Resolve

AI that diagnoses and fixes IT issues — with consent

Resolve is an autonomous AI support agent that runs on your customers' Windows PCs. It investigates issues using read-only diagnostics, explains what it finds in plain language, and — only with the user's explicit consent — applies safe fixes and verifies the result. When something is beyond safe automation, it escalates to your team with a full handoff. There is no free-form remote shell, ever.

Why teams choose Resolve

  • AI diagnoses Windows and print issues automatically
  • Fixes only with the user's explicit consent
  • Read-only diagnostics run free; every change is gated
  • Safe by design — no free-form remote shell
  • Verifies each fix and escalates with full context
  • Built on Alpha Web's Gespage and print playbooks

An AI technician, on-device

Investigates each ticket with read-only tools and writes a clear, plain-language diagnosis in seconds.

Consent-gated fixes

Any change asks the user first — decline or timeout means it escalates. The customer is always in control.

Safe boundaries

A fixed tool allowlist and no free-form shell mean it can never run arbitrary commands on a machine.

Escalates with context

When a fix is out of scope, your team gets a full handoff — snapshot, steps tried and the AI's diagnosis.

Frequently asked questions

Can it do anything without the user knowing?

Only read-only diagnostics run on their own. Any change that touches the system is held until the user explicitly consents; a decline or timeout escalates to a human instead.

Could the AI run harmful commands?

No. Resolve can only use a fixed allowlist of vetted tools — there is no free-form remote shell, so arbitrary commands are structurally impossible.

Resolve is in early access — what does that mean for a trial?

We onboard trial customers hands-on so the agent is configured for your environment. Request a trial and our team will set you up.
