Resolve

AI that diagnoses, fixes and secures — with consent

Resolve is an autonomous AI support agent that runs on your customers' Windows PCs. It investigates issues using read-only diagnostics, explains what it finds in plain language, and applies safe fixes — anything beyond a low-risk change asks the user first. It checks endpoint security posture, cross-checks antivirus detections, and installs software from Alpha Web's catalog or your IT admin's approved library. Users can share setup manuals and screenshots in chat — paperclip, Ctrl+V paste (e.g. after Win+Shift+S), or drag-and-drop. PDFs up to 25 MB are text-extracted and used as reference in the same conversation; images up to 8 MB. Do not attach installer binaries — name the product or give an official HTTPS URL instead. On Full IT Support (licence + org-admin enabled), after checking catalog and org library, consented PowerShell can also install legitimate software the user asks for (official downloads or winget), with dual-AV warnings when relevant — still asking first, still refusing illegitimate requests. Longer installs keep progress visible. When something is beyond safe automation, it escalates to your team with a full handoff.

Why teams choose Resolve

  • Diagnoses Windows, print and endpoint security issues
  • Answers print-platform questions from the vendor's own current documentation, citing the page
  • Nothing changes silently — low-risk fixes are shown live, the rest ask first
  • 19 read-only checks work on every tier; every deeper fix is consent-gated
  • Checks antivirus posture and sanity-checks detections for false alarms
  • Deploys Alpha Web catalog software and your IT-admin approved org library
  • Paste, drop or attach manuals & screenshots — used in the same chat
  • Full IT Support: consented PowerShell, including off-catalog installs when asked
  • Every session leaves a report of what was — and wasn't — done
  • Still checks the PC when there is no internet — and says what it can and cannot do

An AI technician, on-device

Investigates each ticket with read-only tools and writes a clear, plain-language diagnosis in seconds. Share a screenshot or setup manual when that's easier than explaining — paste with Ctrl+V, drag into the chat, or use the paperclip. PDFs are text-extracted (docs up to 25 MB, images up to 8 MB) and Resolve uses them in that conversation, including follow-ups.

Consent before it changes anything

Low-risk fixes are applied and shown in the session log as they happen. Anything touching services, security settings, installed software or PowerShell asks the user first — decline or timeout means it escalates instead. Longer deployments stay visible with progress and consent prompts.

Endpoint security built in

Checks protection, firewall, definitions and tamper protection, and reads both Windows Defender and Heimdal detections — including whether a flagged file is a genuine threat or a false alarm on your own work.

Approved software deployment

Installs Alpha Web catalog products (including parameterised Gespage client rollouts) and packages your IT admin has approved in the organisation software library — manuals + HTTPS links + checksums only. Chat attachments never unlock catalog installs; attach vendor manuals for guidance, not .exe/.msi/.zip setup files.

Print platforms, documented and cited

Print is the vertical Resolve was built for. Alongside Gespage it answers questions about the major print-management platforms from their own current public documentation, and cites the page the steps came from so your team can check them. A question that names one platform is answered only from that platform's documentation — never from another vendor's manual that happens to share a model name.

Full IT Support, when you enable it

On the Full plan, with your IT admin's toggle on, Resolve can run PowerShell for legitimate IT work the allowlist doesn't cover — including installing software the user asks for from official HTTPS sources or winget after catalog and org-library checks. Dual antivirus is warned, then proceeds if the user still wants it. Every command shows exact text for Yes/No approval. Illegitimate asks — hacking others, attacking systems, fraud, weakening protection — are refused.

Built for IT providers too

Manage many client sites from one account. Each site is separate — a client sees only their own PCs, never another client's — while you see all of them, buy support tickets as one shared pool, and cap any site's monthly usage so one cannot drain it. Every ticket is attributed to the site that used it, so you know who to bill.

Works when the internet doesn't

No connection means no AI — so Resolve checks the PC itself instead. It runs its read-only diagnostics locally and names the common faults it recognises: no network address, a stopped network or print service, a stuck print queue, a nearly-full disk, protection switched off. It says plainly that this is a checklist rather than the AI technician, and it changes nothing on its own.

A report on every session

A permanent record of what was checked, what changed, and what was declined or skipped and why. Escalations reach your team with the full handoff attached.

Support tickets

Buy tickets, use them when you need them

One ticket is one AI support session, counted whether or not the problem could be fixed — the investigation and the written report are the work. Tickets belong to your organisation, so any licensed PC can draw on the same pool, and your admin can cap how many any PC or group uses each month. Unused tickets carry over for 12 months from purchase.

  • 25+ PCs — 10% off
  • 100+ PCs — 20% off
  • · Plan prices equal ₹139 / ₹209 / ₹349 per PC per month (Standard / Pro / Full), billed yearly. The plan covers the agent, the usage console, updates and the capabilities of that tier.
  • · Prefer to pay monthly? Monthly billing is available at +15%, same as our Remote Support plans.
  • · Seat counts are advisory. If more PCs use a licence than were paid for, Resolve says so in your console and keeps working — no machine is ever switched off over a billing discrepancy.
  • · Tickets are valid for 12 months from purchase and are always spent oldest-first, so you never lose ones you could have used. Your console shows what is left and when the next batch lapses.
  • · A support ticket is one AI session, counted whether or not the problem could be fixed — the investigation and the written report are the work. A session that fails before doing anything is never counted.
  • · 15-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial includes everything except consented PowerShell (Full IT Support); ask us if you need to evaluate that tier.
  • · The 24-Hour Pass covers one PC for 24 hours and includes 5 support sessions, with every capability unlocked — including guided software installation and, where your IT admin enables it, consented PowerShell. The clock starts when you first use it, not when you buy, so a pass bought on Friday is still a full day when the problem appears on Monday. Redeem within 90 days. When it lapses, diagnostics keep working; fixes stop.
  • · Gespage-bundled seats: ask us for partner floor pricing.
  • · Full IT Support needs both a Full licence and the org IT-admin toggle.
  • · Chat attachments: paste (Ctrl+V), drag-and-drop, or paperclip — manuals/docs up to 25 MB (PDF text extracted), screenshots up to 8 MB; used in the same conversation. Do not attach installers.
  • · Resolve is the software, licensed per PC. Our Remote Support plans are a people service, priced per user — see Remote Support if you want Alpha Web engineers on call as well.
  • · All prices are per PC and exclude 18% GST.

International customers: Prices in ₹ (INR) apply to customers in India only and are the amount charged, via PayU, excluding 18% GST. US$ is our published list for customers outside India, invoiced separately. The two are separate price lists rather than the same figure in two currencies: export of services from India is zero-rated for GST, and a dollar price that moved with the exchange rate could not be honoured by a printed document. Frequently asked questions

Can it do anything without the user knowing?

Nothing happens silently. Read-only diagnostics run on their own. Low-risk fixes — like flushing a DNS cache — are applied and shown in the session log in real time as they happen. Anything that touches services, security settings, installed software or PowerShell is held until the user explicitly consents; a decline or timeout hands it to your own IT admin instead, with the full session report. Either way, the session report records it.

Could the AI run harmful commands?

On Standard and Pro, Resolve only uses a fixed allowlist of vetted tools — there is no free-form shell. On Full IT Support, consented PowerShell is available only when both a Full licence and your IT admin's org toggle are on; the user sees the exact command before it runs, and the AI is instructed to refuse illegitimate requests (hacking others, attacking systems, fraud, weakening protection, exfiltrating personal data).

Who decides which third-party software can be installed?

On Standard and Pro: your organisation's IT admin, via the Approved Software Library (setup manual + HTTPS .exe/.msi link + SHA-256), plus Alpha Web catalog products. End-user attachments cannot unlock automatic catalog installs. On Full IT Support, after catalog and org-library checks, consented PowerShell can also install legitimate software the user asks for from official sources or winget — still with exact-command approval.

What should users attach in chat?

Screenshots and setup manuals or docs. Paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V (e.g. after Win+Shift+S), drag a file into the chat, or use the paperclip. PDFs up to 25 MB are text-extracted; images up to 8 MB. Resolve uses the attachment in the same conversation — including if you send a follow-up after attaching. Do not attach installer binaries (.exe, .msi, .zip) — describe the product or paste an official HTTPS download URL instead.

What happens if we install Resolve on more PCs than we licensed?

Nothing stops working. Seat counts are advisory: your console shows how many PCs are using the licence against how many were paid for, and we'll raise it with you at renewal. We won't switch off a machine over a billing discrepancy — a PC that's actually broken is the worst possible thing to disable.

When does the 24-Hour Pass start counting?

From your first request, not from when we send the key. Buy it on Friday, install it whenever suits you, and the 24 hours only begin the first time you actually ask Resolve something — setting up and pasting the key costs you nothing. You have 90 days to start it. Once it begins it runs for a full day with every capability unlocked, including guided software installation, and includes 5 support sessions; when it lapses, diagnostics keep working and fixes stop.

One ticket, or one per question?

One conversation is one ticket, and a conversation is up to 5 messages within an hour — so asking two or three follow-up questions costs nothing extra. On the fifth we tell you it is the last one; carry on after that and it starts a fresh session using another ticket. You are never cut off mid-conversation, even if the balance runs out while you are talking.

We're an IT services company — can we use Resolve across our clients?

Yes. Your account holds each client as a separate site: they see only their own PCs and never each other's, while you see the whole book. Support tickets are one pool you buy in bulk, but every ticket is attributed to the client site that used it, and you can set a monthly cap per site so one busy client cannot spend the lot. Your clients' PCs connect out to us over the internet, so they don't need to be on your network or behind a VPN.

Is Resolve any use with no internet connection?

Yes, within limits we state honestly. The AI runs in the cloud, so offline there is no AI technician. But the diagnostics run on the PC itself, so Resolve still checks the usual causes — network address, network and print services, stuck print queues, disk space, virus protection — and tells you what it found and what usually fixes it. It changes nothing on its own while offline. This matters more than it sounds: when there is no internet, the problem very often IS the internet, and that is exactly what it can recognise.

Can Resolve take remote control of a PC?

No, deliberately. Resolve has a fixed list of vetted tools and no remote desktop or screen sharing — that boundary is why it's safe to run everywhere. When something needs hands-on control, it hands your IT admin a full written report of what it found, and they can connect using whatever remote tool you already use.

Can it tell a real virus from a false alarm?

It reads detection records from both Windows Defender and Heimdal and assesses each one separately — weighing where the file came from and how specific the detection is, rather than clearing a whole list at once. It will flag when something looks like a false positive on your own files, but it cannot release anything from quarantine; that stays a human decision.

Resolve is in early access — what does that mean for a trial?

We onboard trial customers hands-on so the agent is configured for your environment. Request a trial and our team will set you up. The 15-day trial includes diagnostics, consent-gated fixes, security review and approved software deployment — everything except consented PowerShell (Full IT Support). Ask us if you need to evaluate that tier.
